Elton John To Write New Broadway Musical
Elton John is set to write the musical adaptation of the movie “The Devil Wears Prada” for the Broadway stage. The story is based off of the best-selling 2003 novel and the hit 2006 movie starring Meryl Streep and Anne Hathaway, where a young woman at a fashion magazine has to deal with an intolerable boss. John previously penned music for “The Lion King”, “Billy Elliot” and Disney’s “Aida”. No production dates have been announced yet.
